Details: The Potty Sniffer Toilet Ventilation System eliminates embarrassing toilet odor situations forever by converting a regular toilet to an odorless one using our patented technology. The system uses an air intake shroud that fits over the overflow pipe inside of the toilet tank that allows air to be sucked directly from inside the toilet bowl using the same water channels normally used during flushing. Because odors are being captured at the source, only a small amount of air needs to be exhausted for the system to effectively eliminate odor. This allows for small diameter tubing and our specially designed Sniffer air pump to be used for ventilation instead of the usual duct work and exhaust fan combination. Tubing allows for air to be exhausted into sanitary drainpipes using specially designed clamp on fittings or exhausted directly outside through a small drill hole. The system is flexible to accommodate a wide range of bathroom layouts and install conditions and is a relatively simple DIY project that involves running small diameter tubing and cable instead of the extensive renovation work typically needed to install a new bathroom exhaust fan, ductwork, and electrical connections.
