Even with a good automatic home espresso machine, it can be tricky to make perfect foam for cappuccinos. However, the Caffe Froth Eiffel makes wonderful, thick foam and is a snap to use. Just pour warmed milk into the carafe to the indicator line, and then pump the lid handle up and down to froth milk into thick foam for coffee drinks or hot chocolate.
The Caffe Froth Eiffel's slender design and brushed-steel domed lid complements BonJour's Eiffel French Press Coffee Makers, designed with Paris's most famous landmark in mind. The pitcher is made of sturdy glass and has a snug rubber coaster to prevent skidding during use. The Caffe Froth Eiffel is dishwasher-safe. Frothing disks unscrew from the metal plunger stem for easy cleaning. The carafe is microwave-safe for heating milk--but not the plunger lid, with its metal stem--be sure to remove the lid before microwaving.
